Join us for an interactive Co.next workshop and discover more about the 4 colours of leadership and how these impact the workplace. We will be joined by Harry Harris, Commercial Director at Swarm Training who will give an overview and introduction of the 4 colours to leadership before taking questions from the audience. Our panel, four of our Co.next board/advisory board members will then answer these questions while the audience try to work out what colour leadership the panel are.
