Run Sandringham looks forward to welcoming thousands of runners of all abilities and ages to the Royal Estate, to run a Half Marathon, 5K or Community Mile on 18th June 2023, to run as far as you can in 24 Hours on 18-20 August 2023, or run a 10K on Sunday 24th September 2023 and will aim to raise many thousands of pounds for good causes.
Taking place on 18th June 2023, 18-20 August 2023 (24 Hour) and 24th September 2023 (10K) and organised by Good Running Events, Run Sandringham is a major event series in the East Anglian running calendar. With a start and finish within the Royal Estate, the event series boasts a super scenic route around the grounds of Sandringham Estate, The Royal Family’s winter retreat.

Developing a Local Industrial Strategy – Clean Energy
New Anglia LEP is working with Government to develop a Local Industrial Strategy for Norfolk and Suffolk. The objective of this work is to identify the actions we need to take to support businesses to grow and make the most of the business opportunities, particularly in energy, ICT and Digital and Agri Food, which are real strengths of our region.
We are holding a number of business and stakeholder engagement events over the next couple of months to help develop the actions and investments which are needed.

On completion of this courseyou should be able to identify commonly diagnosed mental health issues, have an understanding of the types and symptoms of mental health issues and understand what Mental Health is. The course will discuss symptoms and effects of depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder and self-harm.
This course is for anyone who works with or alongside people in mental distress or anyone who wants to know more about of mental health issues.
The training is run over one day and lunch is provided.

About the trainer
This session will be led by M A M Solutions, the region’s only consultancy dedicated to the advancement of metal additive manufacturing, and presented by internationally renowned expert, Dr Martin McMahon.
Dr Martin McMahon has spent the last 25 years working in the advanced manufacturing sector, and the majority of that time dedicated directly to Additive Manufacturing (AM).
During the time that, Martin has helped introduce AM to some of the UK’s leading industrial companies across Aerospace, Medical, and Energy sectors, and had a pivotal role in the success of metal AM within the F1 motorsport sector. He has developed expert knowledge and understanding of the entire end-to-end AM process chain, contributing to international standards (ASTM/ISO/SAE), and is also currently Technical Consultant, and editor, for Metal AM Magazine; the sectors leading international publication.
