The Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association (RNAA) is a registered charity, founded in 1847 to promote the image, understanding and prosperity of agriculture and the countryside, primarily through its hosting of the Royal Norfolk Show, the county’s annual two day agricultural show. Our home is the Norfolk Showground just on the outskirts of Norwich where we host not only the Royal Norfolk Show but a range of other major events throughout the year. Our prime location and host of facilities including our 150-acre site and 3000 sqm indoor arena also make us a nationally recognised venue for events from concerts to conferences.
Our learning journey began in 1994, when our Managing Director Dennis Blackmore established Learning Resources UK from his home in Norfolk on behalf of our parent company, based in Vernon Hills, Chicago, to provide high quality educational products to schools and homes across the UK and Europe. The company continued to grow every year and in 2006 the business acquired Educational Insights, based in Los Angeles, California with the common aim in delivering fun and experiential learning experiences for children. We are extremely proud to include these products within our family of brands, which includes GeoSafari®, Hot Dots® and Playfoam®. Our heritage and the trusted relationships we have built over the years, are the cornerstone of our success, enabling us to continually evolve as our business continues to grow, meeting the needs of teachers, parents and other mentors, whilst enabling children to discover their world through exploration, imagination and most importantly fun! This ethos is brought to life, throughout our core values, which form the foundation of our unique culture, an integral part of who we are and what we do they enable us to commit to developing products with; Quality – We believe in creating a quality product that will enable a child to take ownership of their learning and succeed Passion – We have passion in what we do and the products we sell, enabling us to deliver a superior service and product offering. About Condimentum is a new company with an established legacy which processes mustard seed, mint and horseradish to provide a range of ingredients for the food industry.
We operate from a purpose built facility in Norwich which uses the latest technology to process fresh raw materials into food ingredients.
We are supplied by mustard and mint growers in East Anglia with fresh horseradish coming from Europe.
Our main customer is Colman’s who use our ingredients in their world famous mustard, mint and horseradish sauces.
We have the experience, technical resource and processing facilities to work with food manufacturers who want to use our ingredients as flavour enhancements in their own range of consumer food products.
Company Background Condimentum was formed by the English Mustard Growers group and Norfolk Mint Growers group coming together to establish a processing facility for their crops.
Mustard was first processed by Jeremiah Colman at his mill at Stoke Holy Cross in 1814 and has been grown for Colman’s in Norfolk and the Fens ever since; some of our growers have been supplying Colman’s continuously for over 100 years.
Mint has been grown in Norfolk since first trials were looked at in 1965. The Norfolk soils and climate proved to be particularly well suited to growing mint and further trial crops were planted to establish the best variety of mint for producing the finest tasting mint sauce. Contracts were agreed with farmers and acreage quickly increased to supply 100% fresh mint to the Colman’s factory.
Today, new harvesting techniques mean that only the leaves are picked, leaving stems in the field. The mint fields are located close to the factory so the mint can be delivered quickly to be processed, just chopped up and mixed with vinegar, before any flavour is lost.
Condimentum was created through agreement with Colman’s to replace their outdated primary processing facilities in Norwich and forms part of their exit plan from the Norwich site, announced in January 2018.
Over the coming months we will be working both with Colman’s to affect the transfer, but also engaging with other food manufacturers to develop ingredients on a bespoke basis.
If you’re passionate about your classic car, I’ll work with you to create a cartoon that captures not just what it looks like, but what makes it special to you. Maybe it’s that quirky modification you made, your dog who always rides shotgun, or an inside joke from your car club. I love including these personal touches – the ‘easter eggs’ that make fellow enthusiasts smile and nod in recognition.
I also draw other things that move as well, such as planes, trains bikes, and boats…I even draw things that move on legs too such as your family pet!
You name it, I draw it…whether it’s on wheels or not!

The use of video in our day to day lives has changed massively over the last decade. From YouTube and video phones through to medical imaging, technology has changed the way we see things. EV builds on these technology developments and applies them in the oil and gas industry with our downhole video technology. Using our in-house research and engineering capabilities we design camera systems to work 10,000m below the surface in environments up to 175° C and 15,000 psi. Our specialist engineers run these downhole video cameras in locations throughout the world, from the North Slope of Alaska to offshore New Zealand. Our services are used for a wide variety of oilfield applications including mechanical inspection, well integrity, and production enhancement. A picture tells a thousand words is as true in the wellbore as it is in the wider world. We pride ourselves in our success in obtaining images to help customers solve problems in the toughest of environments. We do that with a success rate of over 95% thanks to both our technology and our expertise in advising oil and gas operators on how to clean-up their wellbore to get quality images.
