For this session Richard Ross will start by looking at how to develop a truly differentiated business and why this matters. 

Karen Thornber will then discuss the role of a strong brand and company culture in helping convey your key differentiators. Karen is the former People Director at Virgin Mobile and has worked in many well-known firms delivering strategic HR, bringing with her a wealth of experience of building highly profitiable businesses.

Our aim is that you leave having learned something new, interesting and useful. We hope to leave you with a good introductory understanding of issues underpinning some of our more important business and financial decisions. The tone is relaxed but professional. 

The Masterclass will last 2 hours with questions, refreshments with be available.
