About Kathy

Kathy owns and manages a workplace massage and wellbeing services company called Hands On At Work. Established in the Midlands in 2010 they now work across the UK with a team of therapists providing seated massage, yoga and pilates, lunch and learn seminars on a variety of subjects and much more. She also wrote a business book in 2020 about growing the massage business which won ‘Highly Commended’ in the Specialist Business Book category. Kathy moved to Norfolk 2 years ago to continue her business and passion.
