Member Event: Military Industry Awareness Event

Location: The King’s Centre, Norwich

This event is exclusively for ex, or still serving, military personnel interested in the energy industry as a career after coming out of the armed forces.

We have a number of ex-military speakers lined up to talk about their sector including Oil & Gas and Offshore Wind.

Why should you attend this event?

• Ex-military speakers who will talk in language you understand
• Networking opportunities with the speakers, other ex-military people working in the energy industry and those looking at the sector
• Learn about what it is really like to work in the different energy sectors, and learn where the opportunities are for your skills
• Speak to people who can translate your military jargon to civvy speak on your CV – one of the biggest barriers we are finding ex-military are facing at the moment when applying for jobs.
