Breakfast session 8.15am and Lunchtime session 12.15pm

Guest Speaker Iain Murrell from Price Bailey’s Corporate Finance team will be joining Richard Ross to present this month’s seminar on Business Succession planning.

Iain will be giving an overview of SME valuation techniques and theory along with an accountant’s perspective on what leads to a successful business transfer. Richard will be looking at non-financial factors that may give a better indication of future potential. Drawing on first-hand research conducted at the UEA, we will argue that addressing cultural issues and creating appropriate internal and external structures are important elements in preparing a business for sale or transfer.

We will run 2 sessions on each date with either a light breakfast or lunch provided.

• The breakfast session will be at 8.15am for an 8.30am start
• The lunchtime session will be at 12.15pm for a 12.30pm start.
