What you need to be a bus driver with Konectbus

The only things you’ll need to be one of our drivers is:

• A full UK driving license – for over 12 months 
• Experience in a customer service / customer facing role
• The mentality to learn 

All of our trainee positions are earn as you learn. you will go through 8 weeks of training and then a mentorship program so you are never left alone when you are not comfortable
