Member Training: Growing Future Talent Training – ILM Level 3

Growing Future Talent is a part funded training programme for existing and new leaders wanting to gain a qualification in Leadership and Management and develop their skills and the skills of their team. The course is run over 6 months, 1 full day a month in Hellesdon, Thetford, Diss, King’s Lynn, Mildenhall, Cromer, Beccles and Fakenham. The course is aimed at small to medium sized business in the Norfolk and North Suffolk area.
